Easter Egg Hunt Rain Change

 The rain changed our class’s Easter Egg Hunt plans this week at WIPP, but we aren’t letting rain dampen our preschoolers’ spirits (just the ground). We are moving all Easter Egg Hunts indoors, and the preschoolers are still having a great time! If you are a WIPP family and are unaware of your preschooler’s upcoming Egg Hunt plan change, reach out to learn your class’s rain plan! ☔️ 🐰

A Banana for our Ms. Deborah!

 Today was very exciting at WIPP as our own PreK teacher, Ms. Deborah, was honored by WSAV with “A Banana for the Teacher.” This award is given to two local teachers each month as “a way of saying Thank You for the time and dedication they bring to their classrooms every day.” We are so very happy that Ms. Deborah’s classroom parents nominated her for the award, and we couldn’t be more proud that she was chosen! WSAV Anchor Ben Katko and Savannah Bananas Pitcher Austin Krzeminski came this morning and surprised Ms. Deborah with the $500 Grant. Ms. Deborah is a phenomenal teacher who pours her heart, soul, and, like most teachers, often even her paycheck into her job as an educator. This edition of A Banana for the Teacher is scheduled for this Thursday at 6:45am, 11am, and one of the afternoon news times as well! This was a well-deserved honor!
