Message From WIPC!

WIPP Moms,

We invite you to plug into our studies for women at Wilmington Island Presbyterian Church! We meet each Tuesday morning in our fellowship hall (the building that parallels the front parking lot) from 9 until 10:30 am. We provide childcare, coffee and warm fellowship! Know that you are invited to join in at any time.

Tuesday, September 27: We will view and discuss "OPEN" a short video by Pastor Rob Bell. These videos explore topics of today with a perspective of Jesus. They are artfully produced and intriguing to discuss. No preparation is needed in advance to participate.

October 4 - 18th: We will read and discuss "The Great Divorce" by Christian author C.S. Lewis. In this short narrative allegory, the writer finds himself in Hell boarding a bus to Heaven. The amazing opportunity is that anyone who wants to stay in heaven, can! This is the starting point for an extraordinary look at good and evil, grace and judgment with vivid and engaging storytelling. If you would like to join us, check a copy of the book out of the public library or order yourself a copy online.

October 25th-Nov 15th: Out Live Your Life by Max Lucado. This is a 4-week DVD based
study. All that you need to purchase is a participant’s guide which can be found at Amazon.com.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact Marty Susie at 897-1840 ext 202

First Week of School!

Despite Tropical Storm Hermine extending our Labor Day weekend by arriving on Friday, we had a wonderful first week.  Thank you to all of our staff members for working so hard to make all of our students feel at home and to our families for trusting us with your little ones.  We had fun!  Below are some photos of our classes in action.
