Our First Friday of the Year!
We were fortunate to have electricity in our building, so we were able to return to preschool today for the first Friday of the year!

Second Day of Preschool 2023-24
Today was our second full day of school, and WIPP has now welcomed all of our 2023/2024 preschoolers to the building! Here is a look at our morning. 🥰
We will have an unexpected weather-related break for Days 3 and 4, and we look forward to this Friday when we resume our preschool day again.
Weather Closures
WIPP follows the guidance of SCCPSS, the local public school system, for closures related to weather conditions. SCCPSS will be shifting "to virtual learning due to potential storm impacts" and their schools and school grounds will be closed. Therefore, WIPP will also be closed tomorrow (Wednesday, August 30) and the next day (Thursday, August 31).
This Friday, however, SCCPSS already had scheduled a virtual learning day. That school closure was pre-planned and is unrelated to weather, so we will be open Friday, September 1.
