Parade Info

Here is copy of information emailed out yesterday:

The parade is this Thursday! Please note (see attached pic) that there will not be any parking in the front lot so we can stage the trailers, fire trucks and other vehicles. Families may park in the back lot, the large lot across the street at the Methodist church (not near their school building) or along the drive to May Howard (not in the road). Please have all children with their class by 9 at the latest. 2s will be in strollers with a parent, but all 3s and 4s parents should get a spot on Cromwell or the May Howard Drive to cheer. All students must have an adult present for the parade- it is not a regular school day. Students will be dismissed to parents immediately after the parade. We wish everyone a wonderful spring break and St. Patrick's Day. We hope everyone can come out to join us on Thursday!
*The roadblocks will go up at 9 am. Make sure you are parked and have delivered your child before then. You will NOT be allowed through on Cromwell after the road block goes up.
*Tshirts have not been delivered to school yet, but we will get those in the backpacks as soon as possible. T-shirts are in the backpacks today!
*Watch for information from your child's teacher as to where to meet up on Thursday morning!
*The gnats are out, so bring the bug spray!

Healthy Teeth

February was Dental Health Awareness month, and our 4s spent some time learning how to take care of their teeth this week. Healthy habits start young, and we learned all about healthy foods for our teeth, how to clean them, and how to protect them. We even had a special dragon and his helper from Dogwood Pediatric Dentistry come talk with us, and we all got brand new toothbrushes!
