Sunshine Summer: Week One

We've finished our first week of Sunshine Summer! We had a lot of fun playing with our friends and learning a little about the jungle and the rainforest.  Week 2 will begin on Tuesday, May 30th.  We'll be exploring the ocean!

End-of-the-Year Picnic

Thanks to everyone who joined us at Tybee Memorial Park for our end-of-the-year picnic.  Once again our teachers did a stellar job of bunning those hotdogs; our kids did a great job of exploring and having fun; and our families did a phenomenal job of helping us end our year on the perfect note!

Getting Ready for Mother's Day!

We've been practicing our Mother's Day songs and getting ready for our program (Friday, May 12th at 9:30.)  We hope we'll see you there.

Remember to bring a beach towel or blanket for our Muffins with Mom picnic after the program.

We'll also continue collecting food donations for the Islands Y Food Bank (Moms Helping Moms) through Monday, May 15th.

WIPC Volunteering Opportunity

WIPP Families-

Each year Wilmington Island Presbyterian Church shares the love and encouragement of Jesus Christ with children, ages 3 years to 5th grade, through our annual Vacation Bible School. This year's Hero Central; Discover Your Strenth in God will take place June 12 through June 16 from 9 am to 12 pm.

We are inviting WIPP parents to join us in this fun and exciting ministry by volunteering as co-class leaders. Each new volunteer will be partnered with an experienced VBS Team member to lead their small group of children around campus to each of our centers for music, recreation, crafts and Bible story time. 

No special talents are needed- just the gift of your time and the love for the children!
