Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank you to everyone who helped make our Thanksgiving program such a success.  We wish all of a families a very happy Thanksgiving.

We came to our classrooms to put on our costumes and get ready.

Then we walked over to the Sanctuary and found our places on the steps.

Then we performed!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Cooking with Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Heebner

One of our 3s classes did some work on their motor skills by making muffins and butter.  Then they got to enjoy the treat for their snack!

It takes a lot of shaking to make butter from cream.  It was especially funny when our teachers helped!

Once the butter was finished, it was time to head over to Fellowship Hall to make muffins.

Finally, it was time to eat!

Thank You to Our Veterans!

On Veterans' Day we honor everyone who has served in our Armed Forces. It coincides with other holidays, including Armistice Day and Remembrance Day, celebrated in other countries that mark the anniversary of the end of World War I; major hostilities of World War I were formally ended at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918, when the Armistice with Germany went into effect. The United States previously observed Armistice Day. The U.S. holiday was renamed Veterans Day in 1954. (adapted from Wikipedia)

It's November!

The month is November, a time in the fall,
To count all our blessings and give thanks for all!
