Visitors!
What an exciting day! The crew of Staples Safari came to visit WIPP today and brought lots of interesting animals. We had a clever monkey who wrote his name and cleaned up his "desk" afterward, a beautiful cockatiel who flew down our hallway, a kinkajou with a soft feathery tail, and a prickly porcupine! We had a wonderful time!
If you'd like to see some more of the animals from Staples Safari Zoo, you can visit the Savannah Harbor Festival of Lights through December 16th and again from December 19-January 1. They will also be helping Wilmington Island Presbyterian Church present a Living Nativity on Tuesday, December 18th from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
